Drawn to Writing

My love for writing began when I was a child, scribbling stories and plays about the real and imaginary worlds in my tattered notebooks. As I grew older, my passion for the written word only intensified. I was captivated by the power of language to transport readers to new worlds, evoke emotions, and leave a lasting impact. I knew that I wanted to be a part of that magic, so I pursued a career in writing and publishing.

I studied literature and creative writing, immersing myself in the works of great authors, poets, and playwrights as I worked my way toward a degree in education. Through this journey, I discovered the beauty of language and the ability of words to heal, empower, and connect. Today, I am a published author, with several novels and short stories under my belt. My writing spans various genres, but I am particularly drawn to magical realism, fantasy, literary fiction, and autobiographies.

My Background in Education

Teaching, like writing, has been a constant in my life. I believe that knowledge is a gift to be shared, and I am passionate about helping others unlock their potential through the power of reading and writing. As a teacher, I have the unique opportunity to nurture and shape the minds of future generations. I teach reading and writing and find immense joy in helping aspiring writers hone their craft and find their voice.

After transitioning out of public education, I wanted to continue educating outside the box. When I teach reading and writing, I find immense joy in helping aspiring writers hone their craft and find their voice. As a writer myself, helping others work through their process is something I wish I had, too. Therefore, I decided it would be beneficial to start a small publishing company to help others through a sometimes difficult process.

The Mystical

My fascination with the mystical world began at a young age when I was first introduced to astrology, tarot, and other esoteric practices. Over time, I have delved deeper into the mysteries of the universe, exploring the interconnectedness of all things and the subtle energies that influence our lives. This journey has led me to develop a keen interest in mysticism and has become an integral part of who I am.

As a mystic, I recognize the power of intuition and the significance of synchronicity in our lives. I believe that everything happens for a reason and that we can tap into the wisdom of the universe to navigate our path. In my writing and teaching, I often incorporate elements of mysticism, using it as a tool to deepen my understanding of the human experience and to bring a sense of wonder and magic to my work.
